Solar Gard® Armorcoat® PremierPlus Limited Residential or Commercial Product Warranty
Eligibility to Transfer Applicable Warranty: If the original owner of the residence is covered by either the Panorama® PremierPlus Limited Residential or Commercial Product Warranty or the Solar Gard® Armorcoat® PremierPlus Limited Residential or Commercial Product Warranty (the “Warranty”) on his/her purchase of Saint-Gobain Solar Gard LLC (“BSF”) window film (the “Product”), this Warranty may be transferred to you as the first subsequent owner of the residence (“you”) if you qualify. To be eligible to transfer the Warranty:
- The Warranty must be for residential use;
- You must be the first subsequent owner of the residence containing the Product covered by the Warranty;
- The Warranty must still be in effect; and
- You must follow the transfer process set forth in the “How to Transfer the Warranty” section.
If the above is true, the Warranty may be transferred to you by following the transfer process set forth in the document.
THE WARRANTY MAY NOT BE TRANSFERRED IF IT WAS FOR A COMMERCIAL USE.
